MARKETING MANAGER
Location:  Austin, TX

This candidate will develop and implement marketing programs for Kinesis Survey SaaS (Software as a Service) software products primarily targeted to market research companies and enterprise clients. The candidate must possess solid marketing experience, a high comfort level with new technologies and an excellent understanding of marketing analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Overseeing an annual marketing budget
  • Internet marketing
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Increasing the awareness of products and services offered
  • Developing ongoing promotional programs to drive sales through all channels
  • Managing the public relations function, including distribution of company press releases
  • Developing and monitoring marketing analytics
  • Identifying target audience and customizing marketing campaigns for the most effective results
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining up-to-date sales materials, website content, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Assisting in client communications, including customer satisfaction and feedback surveys
  • Assisting with other projects, such as client demos, on an as-needed basis
  • Planning and participating in trade shows and conferences
  • Working closely with the sales and product development teams

Qualifications:
BS degree in marketing preferred, with a solid marketing experience preferably in a high-tech environment or equivalent. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Rapt attention to detail. Pay commensurate with experience; includes benefits. Some travel is required for this position. Basic understanding of market research techniques is a bonus.

PROGRAMMER / TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Location:  Austin, TX

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong computer software skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing technical support

  • Experience with web technologies, web applications and wireless products
  • Experience with Photoshop

DIRECTOR OF SALES
Location: Negotiable

This candidate will sell sophisticated software packages to the market research community.  The candidate must possess a solid base of established contacts within the market research community, a high comfort level with new technologies, and experience in a consultative/complex sales environment. 

The Director of Sales will be responsible identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing detailed and customized proposals based upon client needs, growing a customer base, closing sales, and growing existing accounts through ongoing communication with the client on a year-to-year basis. Applicants must be experienced in selling to large full-service research organizations and/or research departments within Fortune 1000 organizations. Applicants must show a demonstrated ability to deliver to negotiated quotas. Candidates will be also be required to demonstrate an ability to work closely with other team members to assure customer satisfaction is achieved.

This position will be based in the Northeast and/or Chicago area.

Qualifications:
5+ years sales experience selling market research systems or services, preferably with survey or panel management software solutions. Strong prospecting/closing skills.  Proven history sales quota achievement.  Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills.
