Your email to customer support will automatically create a new support ticket. Kinesis Survey Technologies™ uses an automatic ticket tracking system for timely tracking of the inquiries and for faster routing to the first available representative.

Magnify When submitting a new ticket, please include SID (Survey ID) number and let us know the URL of the installation. Also please provide a detailed description of the error along with "how to repeat" instructions when reporting a software bug.
