Online and onsite customer training for Kinesis survey and panel management solutions.
Kinesis typically provides online training via web conference since this format can support virtually an unlimited number of trainees at various physical locations. Initial training is provided to orient new customers to the basic features and functions of our survey solution and panel solution.
Many clients, particularly those familiar with other survey and panel tools and the survey programming process, often need little to no training of this type. More advanced training that covers topics such as computationals, least-filled quotas, advanced logic, and other topics of the client’s choosing, are available upon request.
In addition, for customers with usage that extends across the organization or to a larger group, Kinesis offers customized on-site training for our survey software and/or panel management software.

Kinesis Survey™ and Kinesis Panel™ both contain context help on virtually every function, a feature that lets you train as you go. Within the applications, help is available instantly with click of a button anywhere the context help icon appears.
All help windows are drag-and-drop enabled so they can be open at the same time you are interacting with the page.
