Kinesis Survey Technologies typically provides initial training via an online web conference. A single web conference can support virtually an unlimited number of trainees. Initially, training is provided to orient you to basic features and functions. Many clients -- particularly those familiar with other tools and the survey-programming process -- often need little to no training of this type.
